Rapid Re-Housing - Youth (RRH-Y) - OHS

CSC provides 18-to-24-year-olds with the developmentally appropriate support they need to find and maintain stable housing, develop key independent living skills and connect to the community-based supports and services that will help them achieve their long-term goals.
