
Tayo Coker
Finance Director, Collaborative Solutions for Communities (CSC)
Tayo Coker brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit sector. A George Mason University MBA graduate, Tayo has held key roles in prominent organizations across the DC metro area. Most recently, she served as Director of Finance at the National Building Museum, where she revitalized financial processes following its post-pandemic reopening. Prior to that, she was Director of Budget, Planning, and Analysis at the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), overseeing a $250 million budget.
With an 18-year tenure at the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE), Tayo advanced from Budget Manager to Director of Budget and Finance. She also gained valuable insight into social justice and community development as Senior Manager for Treasury and Financial Analysis at the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Her collaboration with state-level leaders fostered her deep appreciation for community-focused work, inspiring her commitment to CSC’s mission of building sustainable communities and empowering families.
