Safe Sleep classes provide parents with safe sleep education to prevent the risk of SIDS (a leading cause of death for infants).

Parents will learn essential information about how to keep their babies safe while they sleep and reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Mothers in their 8th month of pregnancy or parents with a child under 1 year old may attend. Each family will receive a free cribette upon class completion. This is a one time workshop.
